A really impressive search engine that wades through the internets (overwhelming) sea of health information, and brings back the most relevant (and current) high quality results. One of the most comprehensive tools I've come across.

HealthMash is by far the best search engine for health information. It has a powerful Health Knowledge Base that facilitates user exploration and discovery. The systems provides trustworthy information on diseases, causes, signs and symptoms, treatments, drugs and alternative medicine approaches.
