Worked from 36 to 38, partially on 39. Never worked on 40.
I created a new profile (for other problems), but in the \profiles\<myprofile\autopager\ no file is written (on old profile, before 40, worked).

Seem broken on FF 40.0.2
(Most of sites supported won't autopaged anymore)
