This plug in has great potential. As it stands, you can archive all emails to your crm. I started using it again after my CRM activities picked up again. This is a big time saver, and easier than using the SuiteCRM interface.
The two suggestions that I could make would be
1 - to add the option to be able to create a new lead from an email. This would shorten this tasks and simplify it quite a bit.
2 - add the ability to archive an email while sending it. Saving that extra step of archiving it after it is sent.

This add-on is a must have for Sugar and SuiteCRM users. The included email client in those CRM packages is no where as powerful and useful as Thunderbird. With this add-on you can use all the message filtering features of Thunderbird as well as selectively archiving sent and received emails into the CRM for future reference for all users.
Another important point is their customer service is top notch. We have been using this add-on for a few years and have had some issues with it with certain emails and attachments not archiving. Each time when we reached out to the developers to address and issue they worked with us to figure out what was happening and come up with a fix. A few times when they could not duplicate the issue on their end they had a way to remote into our system so they could see exactly what it was doing and why. The company is also happy to take suggestions to make the product better.
I whole heartedly recommend this add-on and the company that makes it.

Ok now It's working. But I did not have "Case" in Module list...

It works and is easy to install. For future versions it would be very useful to change a few things.
* Archived mails always show up with the current date / time. It would be helpful to use the original date of the mail to keep the sort order
* Archiving Sent Mails to a contact doesn't work
* After archiving a mail the "select account / contacts" box resets. It would be good to keep the last selected contact, makes it easier to archive many mails
Thank you for your feedback. Please try the latest version (1.0.19). You will find that sent emails can now also be archived. We have taken other suggestions into consideration, and will keep working to improve the product.
