Plus: one of two dark themes for SeaMonkey. Cons: the topic is too colorful. Many colors do not give an understanding of what meaning each color carries. It is impossible to understand what the logic is in highlighting different elements with different colors, and how, with such a variety of colors, something can be accentuated with color.

Somehow, it interferes with tab session in my SeaMonkey 2.52a1. I had default theme + session, installed LCARStrek, restarted SeaMonkey to apply it, it opened empty SeaMonkey (with this nice theme). Also, about:sessionrestore and History->Recently closed windows were empty (and so was History->Recently closed tabs, which is plain weird). or Another restart didn't bring session back. Switching back to default theme did bring session back. Switching back to LCARStrek brought empty window (without session, again). Switching to Orbit Retro theme brought session back (which is strange-y).

I've been using this theme on FF for years--it's always one of the most up-to-date, and always the best-looking.

This theme has spoiled me. When I use other peoples computers I have to think a minute (I do tech servicing out of my home) to switch gears. Despite the disclaimer this was easy to get used to and hard to not use. I am guilty of putting off upgrading Firefox until the LCARS update came out as I didn't want to use any other theme inc default. It's slick, it looks and feels TREK and best of all. Is functional. No wonder in the 24th century they interface with Starships on a panle with this design. The elements are logical (nod to our fav Vulcan) and direct your eyes to where they need to go to quickly and best of all INTUITIVELY (remember when OS's and interfaces were INTUITIVE???) find and use buttons and controls. So... Though I love the SHOW this theme is not just for show, it is completely and highly functional.

Do you plan to update for Firefox 43. I would not have updated had I known that this would become unusable.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.37).I'm quite a bit behind in updating it, but yes, I will continue to work on updates for it.
I completed an updated new version today, which will be available soon, and in the mean time marked the previous version as still compatible with 43. Sorry for the inconveniences.

It is a nice firefox skin, but has a problem with newer versions (i use 32.0.2) - I can't see minimize, maximize and close buttons if the window is maximized. I downloaded lcarsx32 skin for windows which replaces explorer.exe when it is running, and this firefox skin is a nice complement, only those buttons are a problem. (with lcarsx32 and with normal explorer.exe).
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.29).I see the icons fine on Win7, WinXP, Mac OS X 10.9 and Linux/KDE (but the latter doesn't have Firefox paint into the title bar at all so it's the default icons).

I have been using this theme ever since I first downloaded SeaMonkey. Best theme ever and I am not even a Star Trek nerd.
Also don't know why it says it is not compatible with the latest version since I am using the latest version and it is working just fine.

The only thing wrong with adding themes is when you use
Firefox 29.0.1 that you end up with 3 or 4 rows of Icons

Hopefully 2.26 comes out soon. The new menu button for Firefox 29 really threw it off.
Otherwise, for the older versions, it worked great.

Epic & you keep it compatible with the newest versions, which rocks since they freaking update FF constantly & almost ALL themes are broken. This theme ROCKS in every way!

Excellent and very pleasant appearance but will not load Start Page (i.e. Home page).

Works Great (FF21.0) A practical Star trek theme that doesn't interfere with your normal browsing. (there is an extension that lets you change GUI size and font)

Text too small. :( Menus, tabs, etc...all of the interface text is much smaller than default theme and all other themes I've tried. Will have to disable. I couldn't find a way to enlarge it. Otherwise great and had me grinning.

This is a great theme for trekkies. A nice complement to the Lcars theme for Thunderbird.Keep up the good work. Live long and prosper!

I have been looking for a compact theme that fits my need to be different. I give it 5 Stars, good job.

This theme is beautiful, but more not compatibility with Yahoo Toolbar add ons, please upgrade this theme.
Thanks.
Sorry, it's impossible to make a theme tie in with all the thousands of add-ons that are available. If the toolbar only uses generic elements without special CSS styling, then it should work fine. Otherwise, it's up to them to tie in with themes, not the other way round, IMHO.
