It is a step in the right direction. At least now we know the original link before we click and can forward that instead. But (a) for privacy, we should be able to click and send the original link to the browser and (b) 'Copy original link' doesn't work. It does what 'Copy link location' does already. Once these are addressed, it will be excellent. v1.5.6, TB 78.10.0

Works perfectly! Initially it only supported Microsoft Defender and not Barracuda (https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/...), which is the one used at my institution. I contacted the author and he kindly adapted the code to work with both (this version is currently beta but I am sure it'll soon make it into the main release). The implementation is open source and is made of a relatively simple code base that is easy to check so one can accept with confidence the few permissions needed. Overall a simple yet very useful extension that just works.
