This looks like a great addon but it conflicks with this addon
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/file-and-folder-shortcuts/
it disables the ability to launch items from it's Shortcuts menu

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.01.1-signed).
