Just so everybody knows: Mozilla broke Reminderfox when it changed the FF code-base. It seems the break was deliberate, and the developers, in disgutst, simply said, "to Hell With It." Reminderfox does work with Thunderbird 48 -- and I've seen reports that it works as late as v60; h'ever, it appears that v68 broke the add-on for good. Me? I use Tbird v48 and have no regrets. Wanted this to work but had problems in Pop_OS 20.04. Couldn't select 2020 as a year to set my reminder. Couldn't see the date in the drop down boxes. Gave up. Uninstalled.

Sadly, does not work properly with my ubuntu as the scaling of the reminderbox is wrong, and only able to adjust width, not height and height oversize.

Date picker seems to be broken still so Add-on is unusable and does not seem to be bringing up reminders either. Please produce an update or this Add-on will have to be uninstalled.

Totally unusable interface, numbers and dates written over each other (I believe it's the datepicker) so it is unusable. It might make Thunderbird (68.4.2) go down. Maybe interfering with other add-ons and that's the reason. I don't know. I just uninstalled it *very* quickly when I saw that.

I found that this program is interfering with the messages tags. after removing cat reminder, the tags work perfectly colouring text.

Great addon I've been using for years in Thunderbird. Right now the date picker seems to be broken (Debian). Hope it will be fixed soon... Happy new year!

Extension can be installed but the date picker is broker on Firefox 68.3 (Arch linux) so the extension cannot be used :-(

Unfortunately, ReminderFox has stopped working since a recent Thunderbird update. Not only have my dates and reminders gone, but I have also lost confidence in ReminderFox so I will look for an alternative.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.6.6).Reminderfox also with the most current version 2.1.6.9 only supports Thunderbird up to version 60.*
TB68 etc isn't supported.

Thunderbird has just updated itself to v68.2.2 (64 bit). Reminderfox does install but the icon disappears on reloading TB. The Reminderfox, Options screen is blank.

The Add-on reminder fox is incompatible with dark theme of Firefox 68.
All lines of data in email and email boxes are doubled.
One line dark and next white in zebra look.

Thanks, Paul. Clear as a bell and smooth as silk. It's quite a relief to see my ReminderFox up and running again. Now I know what I'd planned to do today. :-) I'm sure your explanation of updating with an .xpi file will help a lot of ReminderFox users.

@Peter Landstreet
Go to the Add-ons page in Thunderbird. Click on the "gear wheel" icon at the the top of the page and select "Install Add-on from file...".
Hopefully it's straight forward from there.
