Link open in new tab.
Shift-opening a link now does something like "open in background" (immediately reverts the active tab from the newly opened tab to the original tab).

It was unavoidable to deal with the implementation mistake of Thunderbird API, but since it was fixed in Daily 102.0a1 20220517105417, it corresponded so that the tab opens correctly in both cases.
