ENIGMA Axiom — Mail Assistant 1.3.1

Privacy Policy

ENIGMA Axiom — privacy summary. Full policy: https://enigma.ist/privacy (section 1.4).

WHAT LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER, AND WHEN. Only when you ask for work on a message: drafting a
reply, checking one, or an automatic reply you switched on for that address. What is sent is
the message being answered and the draft, as text, cut at 8,000 characters, together with up
to eight earlier letters of that correspondence, four of which carry their text. Attachments
are never sent. Our service passes what the operation needs to the model provider that runs
it; the add-on never contacts a model provider directly, and using your own provider key
changes who is billed, not the route.

WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR CORRESPONDENCE. Nothing from these operations is stored as a record of
your mail. What remains is the accounting line every AI call produces — model, tokens, cost,
plan — with no address, no subject and no text.

ONE BACKGROUND REQUEST. Once a day a connected installation reports: add-on version,
Thunderbird version, operating system, interface language, how many mailboxes are configured,
whether automatic replies are on, and three counts for that day (drafts, sends, errors). No
address, no subject, no text. Kept 90 days as add-on diagnostics. Nothing is sent before you
have connected an account.

STAYS ON YOUR MACHINE. Your mailbox, the queue, the event log and the add-on's own copies of
sent replies are never transmitted, and you can delete them from the settings at any time.
