Hello, this summer russian time zones do not switch to Winter time anymore. However, it looks Lightning still do switch. Can this be fixed?

I wanted to transfer my mail rules for IMAP account from WinXP to Vista. All that I was able to do is to export the rules into file.
Unfortunately, it just do nothing when I try to import them on my Vista. I also tried to export some rules on Vista but all the generated files were empty.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
