Doesn't work in the latest version but hoping it will soon.

Thanks to the efforts of this add-on's developer, the feature is finally going to be implemented natively. Thank you very much!

Perfect. I'm surprised there is no way to set this in base Thunderbird. I also agree with the other reviewers that an option to make "open email as list" the default would be perfect.

+1 for the “ Open email as List” suggestion

Great add on but needs an option to optionally "Open email as List", and also ideally another option for sort order (ascending/descending). That is by far the preferred view of search results, and would automatically remove the need for yet another button click to display the results as a list (see now defunct add-on "Search as List"). With this added would be perfect!

Kinda stupid that you can't do this by default in Thunderbird.

Solves an annoying issue I've had with Thunderbird's search function for far too long. Many thanks! Simple, but works just as advertised and expected.

Thank you so much, this was driving me nuts. I guess that all users across the world just stop using search because of how it is out of the box. All heuristics dictate that multichoice default cannot be the weird choice AND an unchangeable. This is a drastic oversight by developers, no doubt.

Relevance needed in an unknown content like in Google. But I well know the my letters.

This should be the default in Thunderbird core, or at least a configurable option. Thank you :)
