Fantastic product. For those who don't have web IMAP, and/or remote access to email servers, but have an alias where all email is copied to just in case you are away from the office, then this is the answer for you.

I can now download from any server, and this clears out the emails I have already downloaded from the alternative server.

Fantastic. Before now, it was just a pain in the *** to have a duplicate of every message.

p/s I had the same suspicions as NM below, but discovered that the headers in messages from one server was different to the message from the other server. (Obviously I know). This meant the message size was different. So I deselcted the message size criteria, and selected all other criteria and bingo. Every single duplicate was detected. I have a backlog of 10 years worth of messages it did the lot.
