Great addon. I disabled the toolbar, but I find it terrible to still see the toolbar for 1 or 2 seconds when I start-up Thunderbird. How can I resolve this?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.11).

you could try post a bug report on support, I cannot promise that it is easy to fix or fixable at all.
