Sorry majkl, too cryptic for me. As far as I know, I need to download the file mailredirect-0.7.4-tb3-20100708.xpi to my system. Then I can use TB Tools to install it. Using Matt's URL will not let me save the file on my PC.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.4).  This user has other reviews of this add-on.
