Changed how the curretn active tab is obtained.
Changed how the button functions, it now cycles through layouts when clicked and has options to select layouts from the context menu.

This update has been completely re-written to use WebExtensions. This addon should now work with all current and future versions of Thunderbird. However, do to the nature of WebExtensions and how much they differ from the older style extension, the core functionality of this extension has been slightly changed. So instead of clicking the toolbar button to cycle through layouts, it now uses a small popup menu to select the layout of choice.
