Theodore - You should contact whoever maintains this Addon site to request that your 'most recent addon version' of Xpunge be shown as a 'Featured' and a 'Newest' addon on the web page. Otherwise, no one will know Xpunge is compatible with the latest Thunderbird release.
The Xpunge addon is too good to be hidden from Thunderbird users!

Xpunge was wonderful and I really miss not having it on my toolbar. I hope Theodore Tegos, and the other programmer that is helping him, bring back the Xpunge add-on very soon! PLEASE!!!

After TB auto-updated to v91 the Xpunge add-on icon on the toolbar was gone. Disabling or removing the Xpunge add-on, and then adding the Xpunge add-on back to Tb91 did not [originally] provide the icon to select and add it to the toolbar. However, after restarting Tb91 multiple times the Xpunge icon mysteriously appeared back on the toolbar but relocated to the far right-hand position on the toolbar. (Maybe the last update on 10/11/2021 fixed the missing icon.) I'm happy to report that Xpunge is back working again to empty the trash folder and compact the folders as the developer intended it to be used by single clicking on the Xpunge toolbar icon!
The Xpunge add-on is worthy of 5 Stars!

Give this add-on developer some time to make Colored Folders compatible with v78. Dennis at Lab5 has said this add-on will be made compatible for v78+. It'll take some weeks to accomplish it.

Please be patient a little, the new version will come out in the next weeks (unfortunately the Mozilla documentation for the new API is very lacking, thus the work is unnecessarily hard, because a lot must be found out 'by hand', which should not be, if there was a proper documentation of the API. So in that regard, nothing has changed in the part of Mozilla since last year :-/ )

This has been a wonderful add-on and one of the most popular add-ons used worldwide, however it is not compatible with v78. Now that Thunderbird is automatically upgrading everyone to v78 with the new platform, will you be updating this add-on to make it compatible for v78+? I'm sure many donations will be made - including a healthy donation from me.

The add-on's author (DW-dev) is aware of the random problem. Not sure whether the problem is with the add-on or with TB. The previous version of this add-on worked perfectly on TB60 and before.
It delivers the correct category color option about 50% of the time, which is just one of the add-on's option features. Otherwise, the add-on works as designed.
I'm sure this little bug will be fixed in due time and the add-on will be automatically updated.

I have fantastic news about this excellent add-on!
It is my understanding that the Colored Folders add-on is currently being made TB68+ compatible by the developer and will be ready to send to the Thunderbird add-on review team for approval early next week.
There are not very many add-ons currently in the review queue (currently less than 12, which by the way does not bode well for the future of Thunderbird), but approval is still taking a number of days because there are not many people on the add-on review team. So, depending on a number of things - how many add-ons the review team has ahead of Colored Folders to review and approve, whether they are new add-ons versus old add-ons just being updated, and how complex the various add-ons are - the updated Colored Folders add-on for use with TB68+ should be available by the end of December, and hopefully before. It can't come soon enough!
PS - I will be making a nice contribution in appreciation for the developer's amazing work.

'Colored Folders' is (was) an excellent add-on that really helps people with lots of folders. The add-on is (was) used and enjoyed by many people. Please update this valuable add-on for use on TB68+. Thank you!

Excellent add-on! If you have numerous email folders and/or email accounts you can easily sort them in the order you wish them to be in. This add-on is really helpful! Thanks for making it Thunderbird 68+ compatible.

I can add the new calendar button on the main page email toolbar. But when I open Lightning calendar I cannot add 'Event', 'New Event', Task' or 'New Task' to the calendar's page toolbar. 'Event', 'New Event', Task' or 'New Task' are only applicable to the calendar page, but they are not available to add on the calendar's page toolbar.

Calendar Tweaks is one of the best add-ons ever! Calendar Tweaks allows each category or calendar to stand out with different colors, and each category and calendar to be identified by its special color on the right-hand edge. Also, repeating events are identified by a special icon. And, much more! This really should be part of the Lightning Calendar. It's absolutely wonderful!!!
DW-dev: You do amazing work! Please let us know that you will make 'Calendar Tweaks' compatible for Thunderbird Lightning Calendar Version 68+. Please don't leave us hanging. We're counting on you!
