Re-Pagination

I truly do not know what I would do without this extension. It is particularly useful in and around forums.

The one suggestion I have is that it would be great to have an option for "1" in the "Limited" list. This would allow users to manually concantate pages that either use non-standard numbering of pages, or none at all (For example, some pages just have "next" and "previous" with no numbers).
If the above suggestion is ever implemented, it would also be useful to have the option to map a keyboard shortcut to the "repaginate 1" function to avoid navigating the menu so many times.
