I found this theme when "GrayModern2" died (R.I.P.)
which I find to be a completely acceptable substitute.
I am unsure why the Mozilla team insists on ugly for the default,
and most developers create themes which distract.


The only thing preventing me from contributing
is the delay on updates between FireFox releases;
that being said,
if more of us contributed,
possibly the developer would be more timely...

FYI: AshleyJ's suggestion does not apply to FF18 or the version of Silvermel identified in the post.

Which may also be contributing to the delay by the developer,
updating to a stable version release may be a bit more effort in this instance.

the developer was very responsive to my observations,
the first issue is in fact resolved with the release identified;
i raise my rating due to the above and the fact that the developer is willing to consider the suggestion made;
i look forward to experimenting with the other features.
now if mozilla could just get a handle on the page break issue

i think this would be a great tool if it would:
. suppress the "forced" address book name and date (will not stay unchecked)
. if it resolved the page break bug in thunderbird (records split across page end)
. allow for selective field print
