About this Add-on
With this addon, when you open a mail with a link to a shared SharePoint or OneDrive file, in the top right corner of the mail message you'll find a button to open the file directly in the Word, Excel or PowerPoint desktop app.
If the addon has not recognised the file type linked in the email, it will show the Word, Excel, PowerPoint buttons and you have to choose the right one.
Sadly there is no way to know the file type besides when the file extension is present in the link in the email, and it doesn't happen every time.
