Great idea! Unfortunately, the generated *.ics file in the attachment does not work with Caldav calendars. The "UID" value in the *.ics file may only contain numbers. Currently it says something like "UID:jitsimeetEvent20240614T13420020240617T141200Europ
Tested with Thunderbird 115

OK, the date is not entered automatically, you have to double-click on it, but that's moaning on a high level.
Thumbs up for the good idea, please correct the error in the UID generation.
Then fully usable!

I really wanted to use this, but can't work out how to. Some description and instructions would be useful. As-is, it's not.
