Yes, this always happens. I have "Automatically quote the original message when replying" unchecked. My SmartTemplate options for Reply simply have "%fromname%," in the template, and "Use instead of standard quote header" checked.

Do you have any other way to contact you to continue this discussion, other than leaving more reviews?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.5). 

The standard quote header cannot be added when "Automatically quote the original message when replying" unchecked. It is thunderbird's work.
However, does the standard quote header appear?

Since I am not good at English, I might have misunderstood the meaning.
