This addon is useful, and Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English / LDOCE is a very useful online dictionary service too. Thanks so much it helps everyday work.

by the way... 'idiopathic' is a medical term and Longman Dictionary is NOT a medical dictionary.

the word "idiopathic" generates 4,270,000 hits on
Google... the Longman English Dictionary is at a
loss for a definition... pathetic !!!

It would have been handy if the meaning of the words appear once you select or highlight the text being read on the html webpage
