Doesn't work in current version of firefox.

Work around with prerelease:
https://github.com/Ximi1970/Manually-Sort-Folders/releases/tag/v1.2.0pre3

Provider for Google Calendar

In the last weeks the Google Calendar was broken, but now its better than ever.

1. Remove your Google Calenders
2. Remove Addons: Google Calendar Provider, Lightning
3. Update Thunderbird to 31.2.0
4. Install Addons: Lightning 3.3.1, Google Calendar Provider 1.0.2
5. Add your Google Calendar
6. Everything is working fine
