This basically just works OOB. Solved my major pain point in switching from Mac to Linux to maintain access to my Outlook365 account from work. Sync's email and calendar without a problem.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.9.2).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
