did not work anymore with UCS 7u4. Update needed but not available.

Using caldav for network calendar with subcription to a couple (5 to. 10) of calendars of other co-workers will degrade the perforfmance TB/lightning. This mean e.g. that startup will last 5 to 10 minutes (same with and without offline support enabled) and memory usage increase to ~ 600MB. This makes hard to used TB in a productive environment.
