<Weird, but it works sometimes. I've tried all the options and sometimes I still have to scroll to the bottom of a folder (be it the Inbox or another) to get to the latest/last message.

I added the "Extended Use" just recently - maybe it still has bugs. If you want to help me to improve the Add-on, please contact me via k-l-p@gmx.de.

I just read in TB115.4.3 release notes: "Message list scrolling fixes". Do the problems persist in TB115.4.3?>

It appears that v115.4.3 has in fact solved the issue. It only became available to me this morning.

I received a comment (to a post I made) on the Mozillaline forum saying that it had been fixed in v120-beta, but it's working now.
