This was a GREAT extension until it like other add ons have been left in the dust due to browser upgrading. Such a real shame!

I used this for years and it was very helpful to me and seemingly free of problems. I usually have my laptop/surface hooked up to a 32" or greater television, rather than using the small on-board monitor, which often made images appear too small for me to make out from any distance, especially without my glasses. Now it has been dropped for no apparent reason (incompatibility with updates?) and I cannot find a suitable replacement. I never experienced an issue with this add-on and I would be delighted to see it return.

Was using this extension for years, but seems like it won't be updated for Firefox 57. Thankfully, there's a newer one which seems to do the trick: "Rotate and Zoom Image"

For many years Image Zoom was one of my favorite addons. Even if it worked only partially, recently. As the last entry on the project homepage dates from 2013, there is no hope for an upgrade to WebExtensions & FF 57 Quantum. So it seems to be the time to say goodbye - sadly!
UPDATE: I have found a nice addon to replace "Image Zoom": it is called "Zoom Image".

Just upgraded to the latest Waterfox, and image zoom won't let go after right clicking and zooming a photo. Scrolling just makes the picture larger and smaller. It's been great for years! Can't someone work on it?!

It does NOT work in FaceBook any more, since some time. In some pages/sites works ok, but in some others it doesn't.

It doesn't work anymore since Firefox v53 (and it used to have some issues before too). I even tried it updating to Firefox v54.0b12 and then removing and reinstalling Image Zoom again but it doesn't work at all.

but this will not last a long time.
the only one i've found is https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/zoom-page/ but it is not as efficient as image zoom :(

Lacks multiple images scrolling for Tumblr archives, as some images in archives have multiple photos attached to a single image.
See Hover Zoom + for example.
Otherwise, your program is the best out there.
Please fix this issue.
