Adds a button to the message view toolbar to copy the Message ID to the clipboard. This is useful when sending email replies via the command line. Also adds a configurable keyboard shortcut to copy the Message ID (default Ctrl+Alt+O).

Adds a button to the message display pane to copy the Message-ID for the selected message to the clipboard in one click.
