A theme in shades of green - for those who want to hide in lime trees shadow.
Alternate row colors in the message table view, a different background color and Thunderbird logo as the initial content of the message pane, some padding tweaks.

- introduced compatibility with TB 149-150 - for older TB use 1.4.1
- message pane initial image removed due to the validation problems
