IThis extension does not properly save the options as it ALWAYS saves all attachments as single files to the desktop folder, regardless of the settings

I will look into this; the save feature had been working as expected (tested as recently as 12/14 on TB 145). Can you either submit a bug report on Github or email me at extractem-dev@tmccoid.tech and attach screenshots of the extension save settings as well as the Files and Attachments TB settings? I will work to resolve this. Thank you.
