Great add-on!
Using it forever on Firefox and love it Thunderbird.
Please add support for Right-to-Left interfaces (placing the icon on the top-right).

The experimental "cached" doesn't work in TB 3:
Events from calendars that are cached show up on all other cached calendars.
(It worked well in TB 2)
Beside that, the nightly build looks fine on TB 3.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
