This is an updated version that works with Thunderbird versions above 7

Improved the google accounts awareness so it won't open multiple tabs when google redirects you to login. Thanks to Rich Renomeron for the fix!

Added a toolbar button so people can open the google calendar from their Thunderbird toolbar if that's their thing. :)

This is a version bump to make the add-on work with versions past 3.1.

Tasks is still not working but I'm actively working with the Thunderbird developers to fix the issue as it seems to be a problem with the Thunderbird content tabs.
