I've been using this plugin for a while now and I highly recommend it to anyone who finds themself inputing lots of basic html and bulletin board tags into comment forms and text boxes on the web.

Schedules and saves to drafts but doesn't send at the scheduled time. Thunderbird 2.0.0.16 on Windows
