Mozilla guys are still reviewing new version of the add-on thus it is not available in common ways.

You may try to install it directly from AMO:
https://addons.mozilla.org/downloads/file/568007/playflash_32bit-24.0.0.194-fx+sm-windows.xpi

new update very good chAlx, but i hate adobe but a lot of pages needs this fucking flash plugin...i hope 2017 flash is dead and htlm5 is the number 1!!!!
