It doesn't help, same hanging and even an Error Message:
Warning: Unresponsive script
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete

I have found a workaround - installed the "All-In-One Sidebar" add-on, there's no Add-ons Homepage - no hanging.
Previous workaround was to simply use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ to find addons

Anyway, thanks for trying to fix it.

Firefox 6.0.2 hangs after clicking "Get Add-ons" in "Add-ons Manager".

Could you please try https://secure.teesoft.info/autopager/autopager_0.7.0.1.xpi?
I made some changes try to avoid this kind of hangs.
