So is that a Paste N Go issue, or an Autocopy issue? Maybe the author of Autocopy is the one needing to fix it ...
Personally I do just fine w/out the 2 extensions together.

I have updated it for FF3. Everything seems to work fine.

Very useful extension. A must have for me personally.
