This addon works great with both Firefox 45 and Thunderbird 45. I had to modify install.rdf to get it to work with Thunderbird though as it doesn't have the application ID.
If anyone is looking this is a great substitute for "Minimize on Start and Close"
***EDIT***
If you find that after installing this addon that the "Delete" key has stopped working go into settings and uncheck the "enable:Delete" option.

As of the latest version the bug is now fixed. Thanks Michael
This app works great for us but seems to have a few issues when we try to use certain addons & features in Thunderbird. When using the Lightning addon, ThunderStats addon, or global search (built into Thunderbird) an error pops up saying "TypeError: content is null". Disabling the Telify addon fixes the issue. The popup doesn't seem to affect anything other than being quite annoying after a while.

Would be great if it supported resizing inline images. I think Thunderbird does not add them as an attachment until after the addon checks to see if there are any images attached.
