Maybe I was not be clear.
Switch off all themes, enable Default Theme, and then install: StrataGlass + Strata40 + Hide MenuBar.
On Windows Vista works beautiful.

I tested on Vista with VistaGlazz, and looks veeery good...
Default Theme + StrataGlass + Strata40 + Hide MenuBar = Amazing Firefox 3.5.3
