Small feature request:
The print action should be extended to include an option to whether to print the message or the attachments. Maybe rather a separate "Print attachments if named..." action could be introduced with a regular expression field that would match on the filename of the attachment that should be printed.
Otherwise a really good extension what I tried worked as should.

I's a nice addon, works as said.
The configuration is not easy - for first -, but if you read the tooltips - as it is suggested in the description - it gets trivial.
One suggestion though: have you considered creating a separate button for the "Apply preferred or default" function? The double click works, but is cumbersome.
Finally, thanks for this great piece of software.
