You say to copy it into the profile folder but it is already there to begin with

Response: Folder is marked as Read Only. I unchecked and it returns to Read Only.

Extension checks if that folder is readable. Not sure why it's marked Read-only. This is on Windows or Linux?

XNote folder is in my profile folder but the "Import Legacy XNotes" is greyed out, cannot select.

Is that folder readable? Are there any error messages in the console perhaps?
