Even though this shows as "Enabled", I have to re-start it every time I start Thunderbird. By "re-start" it, I have to click on it to "disable" it and then click again to Enable it. It's a pain in the 'you-know-where'.

You may have guessed: this is not what other users experience. If you contact the developer, he can have a closer look.
