What Sadly missed, was able to send the feed received by email. Most feed readers today have this function.

Reverted to 0.50 since 0.60 (as others have found) doesn't work (can't log into Google Reader). Will have to wait for next 0.6x to upgrade.
To revert to GRN 0.50:
1. UNinstall GRN 0.60 from Firefox
2. Click "See all versions" on Google Reader Notifier 0.60 main page
3. Scroll to "Version 0.50 — June 12, 2008 — 125 KB"
4. Click its "Add to Firefox"
5. Restart Firefox

"Login Failed" !!!
