Adds a Proton Calendar button to the toolbar. The button simply opens a new tab with the https://calendar.proton.me webpage.

This addon allows you to open the Proton Calendar web app inside a Thunderbird tab.
It does not integrate appointments in Thunderbird's calendar!
This addon is required as there is no API or similar to integrate Proton Calendar into Thunderbird as of now (2022/09/30).
The source code is available and trivially easy. You can audit it in a minute:
