More or useless. I'm using TB with the dutch language pack. However this plugin change email headers from dutch into enlish. Moreover, it is unclear to me how to configure this add-on.

Kindly use TB Addon options of RWH to set the Dutch locale option. I do know many users have successfully using RWH similar to your use case. Once your setting is successful, please update the ratings. Thanks.

FYI, TB 91 support was added and submitted to ATN review.
