The renaming of emails with an attachment and IMAP does work properly

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.3).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.

An email with an attachment cannot be renamed when I use the IMAP option to change the name at the server as well.
When the local database is checked, then it works fine for the local subject name.
