I can't export using Pale Moon - there is no button.

"Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions tab -> click Preferences button next to the extension"
it works.

Please add compatibility for Pale Moon with new GUID {8de7fcbb-c55c-4fbe-bfc5-fc555c87dbc4} so that the buttons re-appear into the Options|Settings|Security GUI.
