I went nuts trying to find the right weather addon since this was disabled, forgot about compatibility addon which fixes the auto-disable. This installs itself right in the status bar ( which I restored with the addon bar addon ) and now all is well, I get my weather again

click on the icon and get a blank box with the weather channel icon in the top left, no way to configure it to show anything else, junk
