Try this (assume you are on Windows):
1.In Firefox go to tools>options>main. There make sure you have it selected to "ask me whether to save the file" option. Do ok
2.optional (just to make sure no issue) close Firefox and try now to download.
3. install

It may not work, there are other things you can do but it requires a little more TS which this does not belong to this thread (this is not a forum). Please feel free to check Forums or if you wish feel free to email me.
