With version 1.14 I support only Thunderbird > 5.
Thunderbird 3 users can download version 1.13.1 under
https://addons.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/addon/nuvola-tb/versions/1.13.1

This theme is mainly for TB 3 as I used rounded borders and TB 2 don't paint them with the right radius and backgrounds don't stop at them.

Fixed bug in compose window with Thunderbird 60.
