Folder Filter Scheduler runs your message-filter rules on any folder, automatically and on a schedule. Thunderbird only runs filters automatically on the Inbox, so mail a provider files server-side into Junk or Bulk, or anything sitting in another folder, never gets filtered. This add-on closes that gap.
What it does
Conditions
Match on From, To, Cc, Subject, Reply-To, List-Id, or Sender, using contains, is, starts with, ends with, or matches regex. Each condition can be negated and combined with AND or OR.
Actions
About Reply-To and other headers
Conditions on From, To, Cc, and Subject use indexed data and download nothing. Conditions on Reply-To, or other non-indexed headers, need the full message, which is fetched on demand on an online IMAP folder. For speed and offline use, enable offline storage for that folder.
Privacy
No data is collected or transmitted. Everything runs locally inside Thunderbird, and the add-on makes no network requests of its own.
